The Committee

​The Committee is made up of a small number of volunteers , it consists of:-
Chairman, Vice Chair, Membership Secretary,Treasurer,Diary Co-ordinator, Secretary, Website editor, Social secretary/Event organiser, Social media, Newsletter editor, Newsletter distribution and others who help called Membership Representative.

AGM

​An AGM (annual general meeting) is held once a year at a hall so we can follow it with a dance, this makes it a good night out as well as an important meeting for the club.

This meeting reports on the year just gone and the financial report. agrees all and appoints the committee, etc

Helping the committee and club

​The committee to run the club with the help of other members, who give support and often put on events and run small groups within the club such as, book club, cinemar visits, bowling and others.
